At Heritage, we’re committed to providing all the essential tools to help ensure that homeowners and Board members have ample opportunity to learn about their community. Whether you’re a newly elected Board member (congrats!) or you’re a homeowner who’d like to know more about how community budgets work, we have the educational courses to help! Throughout the year, we provide complimentary classes on a variety of topics, all hosted by professionals in their fields.

We encourage all homeowners, Board members, and community association personnel to review the incredibly valuable educational offerings provided by the Community Association Institute (CAI) Georgia Chapter. In their own words, “Community Association Institute (CAI) is an international membership organization dedicated to building better communities. With more than 40,000 members, CAI has 63 chapters worldwide, including Canada, the Middle East and South Africa, and relationships with housing leaders in a number of countries, including Australia and the United Kingdom.
The Georgia Chapter of CAI (CAI-Georgia) is a large chapter with more than 830 active members, including business partners, homeowner leaders and over 430 manager members representing more than 43 management companies. The CAI-Georgia Chapter is dedicated to enhancing the quality of community association living through education, legislative advocacy and professional development. We are the only Chapter in Georgia and host numerous education and networking events throughout the year.”
