Our Story
Heritage Property Management has served community associations since 1982. With 42 years of experience, Heritage has been responsible for maintaining the property values of thousands of homes throughout the greater Atlanta area. Currently, Heritage employs more than 170 team members and manages a portfolio of more than 80,000 homes across 500 communities.
Our suite of services includes everything from financial, operational, and infrastructure management to lease administration, construction services, and collections assistance. We establish long term relationships with our clients and are committed to providing expert service by offering quality management and the latest technology.
